一、原则

1、形象

第一印象主要是印象，女学生能淡妆，不要求硬度，如果头发长的话，我会尽量整理，男学生把胡子刮干净了，服装只要合适就可以，不穿正装也可以，还有一点需要注意的是，挺胸挺直腰板，长时间打手机和学习等，很多学生都驼背。

2、语言

说话的时候，说得快不快不慢，不要着急，请清晰地发音，不要夹着鼻音，说老师的话的时候，不管他说的对不对，即使批评你，也要冷静下来，不要打断对方的话，含笑，让领导感到乐观自信，说话有逻辑性，简洁明了，可以分点叙述。

二、自我介绍的方法

1、基本信息

首先简单介绍一下自己的.基本信息，让老师有一个宏观的印象。

可以这样介绍，尊敬的老师们，早上好，如果有机会参加这次面试，我叫xxx，本科在xx大学学习，初试成绩为xx，在校期间通过了英语四六级考试。

2、个人经历

重点介绍一下自己的本科参加的课题、项目和比赛，如果没有的话，可以谈谈自己的本科毕业论文的课题。

这个特别要注意逻辑条例，例如可以这样介绍，我在本科时代参与过XX的课题，主要目标是xxx/实验的目的是xx通过采用方式/方法，实现了xx，获得了xx。

3、未来计划/选择理由

将来如果有博读的计划，可以谈谈将来的计划，如果不去的话，可以告诉我选择＊＊学校的理由。

最后再加上一个套话，就这样吧，＊＊我成为了大学的一员，以上是我的自我介绍，非常感谢。
