1)当你处于激烈的负面情绪时。

发出去的邮件,泼出去的水,白纸黑字。如果是自己因为情绪问题,怒气冲冲地发邮件去质疑,抱怨或者指责客户,情绪很容易扩大化,倘若你还群体抄送的话,挽回客户断无可能。

2)话题复杂,需要多方,多人深入解释或讨论的内容。

这时,视频电话会议或者线上沟通软件的群组讨论明显比邮件更具效率。

3)需要保密的内容,较为敏感的话题。

如在谈论佣金(延伸阅读:业务开发的渣男逻辑),这种不能拿上台面正大光明讨论的事情时,面对面的沟通或者电话最为合适,线上沟通其次。在商务邮件中是不方便说此种话题的,容易作为证据被人抓住把柄。

4)需要对方立刻反馈的内容

如现在需要客户一个授权确认,或者急需客户提供一个文件与信息,否正会产生很严重的后果时,直接电话吧,邮件后补。
