Education plays a very important role in the modernization of our country. The modernization of our country calls for the modernization of education in advance. However, the development of education is by no means balanced all over the country. In some poverty-stricken areas, a surprisingly large number of school-agars cannot afford to go to school. This project, in my eyes, is necessary especially in two respects.
