进入公司将近一年，回望一年的工作进行综合总结时，也根据公司实际情况提出一些小建议，希望为公司的发展尽绵薄之力。
一、人本管理，让适合的人做适合的事情
每个人都有不同的特质，包括性格、人生观、价值观、技术能力、知识能力、社交能力、生理和心理承受能力等不尽相同。站在人力资源的角度，我们应该给公司的员工进行甄别，帮助其找到适合自己能力、更好地发挥自己特长的工作岗位。
二、倡导全员营销的观念
企业的营销业绩与每个员工都有着直接的联系，每个员工也应该有忧患意识。企业效益好了，员工也能得到实惠；反之企业跨了，大家失去了饭碗，生活就没有了保障。所以建议要大力倡导员工关注营销、参与营销、服务营销的观念，发挥大家的客户关系或营销手段，鼓励大家主动出去宣传公司的产品，想办法拉团购或大客户。
三、树立员工节约的观念
企业要做得好，除了增效还要节流，要树立员工节约的好习惯，例如1、将日常书写过的纸张积攒起来二次利用，用于不重要的书写和日常办公之用。这样既环保又降低了办公费用，一箱A4纸10包250元，一包纸500张，每人每天使用二次用纸10张，50人一天将节约500张，即一包纸25元，一年下来可节约9125元。2、养成随手关灯和电脑显示屏的习惯，尤其是中午吃饭或出去较长时间的时候，这样可以替公司节约很多电费开支（一般大的公司都这么要求员工）。
四、进行公开的奖励和惩罚
激励措施的到位虽然不能说是员工责任心和积极性的原动力，但却是最有效的手段，如果员工都处于一种干好干不好都差不多的状态，企业实现宏伟的发展蓝图也无从谈起。公司领导应该不断地该批评的批评，该鼓励的鼓励，要树立好的典型好的榜样，因为榜样的力量是无穷的。
五、明确任务标准并切实执行，让员工时刻以一种负责任的心态对待自己的工作，公司不接受任何关于任务未达成的借口
目前公司大部分员工的工作状态尚停留在“要我做什么”的意识阶段，而不是“我要做什么”，这种理念导致员工工作被动，缺乏创造力。并且在目标执行过程中，如果员工执行工作任务出现偏差或没有达到预期的效果，领导是否接受借口和理由？因此，在目标执行过程中，目标什么时候能够完成？这个目标由谁来做？做到什么程度？（以上是我们目前做到的步骤），但是如果没有达成公司将采取什么措施？以往公司在对待理由和借口上的宽容态度必将使我们的员工产生懈怠情绪或侥幸心理，从而形成一种恶性循环。
如果责任的氛围不够浓，大家遇到问题、遇到困难、工作完不成就找理由、找借口，很少去分析自己个人在这件事上到底应该负有多大的责任，出现问题的原因是什么，有什么补救措施，今后应如何避免。只有以责任者的心态对待工作，我们的产品品质和人员素质才能得到切实地提升，所以公司的管理层不应该接受理由和借口，这样造成员工责任意识的淡薄。
六、公司文化的总结和提炼到几条公司精神
公司文化应该是经过时间和经历来沉淀的，在文化理念的总结和提炼上，不应该存在领导“拍脑袋”现象，因为由几个人生硬总结出来的东西是没有生命力的，也不会被员工接受并认同。文化理念的总结和提炼，也不是属于某一部门甚至某一领导的责任或义务，这是一个需要全员参与的工程，应建立在广泛征集员工意见的基础上。
新的企业应该建立企业价值观（简单到几句话）、企业精神（简单到几条），其它的文化应该是在岁月沉淀中所形成的具有自身特点的经营宗旨、价值观念和道德行为准则的综合，必须具有宏聚房地产公司的个性化。

（2）出口分析。如果拟建项目的产品在质量和技术等方面，具备在国际市场上进行竞争的能力，则应考虑国外市场对本产品的需求。
分析国家对该种产品的出口有何限制条件或鼓励措施，该产品进口国的贸易政策，该产品出口流向，出口价格是否有利。

每个人都有不一样的特质，包括性格、人生观、价值观、技术本事、知识本事、社交本事、生理和心理承受本事等不尽相同。站在人力资源的角度，我们应当给公司的员工进行甄别，帮忙其找到适合自我本事、更好地发挥自我特长的工作岗位。
二、倡导全员营销的观念。
企业的营销业绩与每个员工都有着直接的联系，每个员工也应当有忧患意识。企业效益好了，员工也能得到实惠；反之企业跨了，大家失去了饭碗，生活就没有了保障。所以建议要大力倡导员工关注营销、参与营销、服务营销的观念，发挥大家的客户关系或营销手段，鼓励大家主动出去宣传公司的产品，想办法拉团购或大客户。
三、树立员工节俭的观念。
企业要做得好，除了增效还要节流，要树立员工节俭的好习惯，例如：
1、将日常书写过的纸张积攒起来二次利用，用于不重要的书写和日常办公之用。这样既环保又降低了办公费用，一箱A4纸10包250元，一包纸500张，每人每一天使用二次用纸10张，50人一天将节俭500张，即一包纸25元，一年下来可节俭9125元。
2、养成随手关灯和电脑显示屏的习惯，尤其是中午吃饭或出去较长时间的时候，这样能够替公司节俭很多电费开支（一般大的公司都这么要求员工）。
四、进行公开的奖励和惩罚。
激励措施的到位虽然不能说是员工职责心和进取性的原动力，但却是最有效的手段，如果员工都处于一种干好干不好都差不多的状态，企业实现宏伟的发展蓝图也无从谈起。公司领导应当不断地该批评的批评，该鼓励的鼓励，要树立好的典型好的榜样，因为榜样的力量是无穷的。
五、明确任务标准并切实执行
让员工时刻以一种负职责的心态对待自我的工作，公司不理解任何关于任务未达成的借口。
目前公司大部分员工的工作状态尚停留在“要我做什么”的意识阶段，而不是“我要做什么”，这种理念导致员工工作被动，缺乏创造力。并且在目标执行过程中，如果员工执行工作任务出现偏差或没有到达预期的效果，领导是否理解借口和理由所以，在目标执行过程中，目标什么时候能够完成这个目标由谁来做做到什么程度（以上是我们目前做到的步骤），可是如果没有达成公司将采取什么措施以往公司在对待理由和借口上的宽容态度必将使我们的员工产生懈怠情绪或侥幸心理，从而构成一种恶性循环。
如果职责的氛围不够浓，大家遇到问题、遇到困难、工作完不成就找理由、找借口，很少去分析自我个人在这件事上到底应当负有多大的职责，出现问题的原因是什么，有什么补救措施，今后应如何避免。仅有以职责者的心态对待工作，我们的产品品质和人员素质才能得到切实地提升，所以公司的管理层不应当理解理由和借口，这样造成员工职责意识的淡薄。

I feel if they violate relevant rules or laws, they should be fined heavily. Certainly, there are some other cures which are worth adopting.
As far as future prospect is concerned, I am sure that good results will be achieved in this respect. Rivers which used to be contaminated by industrial wastes will be cleaned and fish which could not live there a few years ago will be again. To conclude, it seems obvious that tomorrow will be better and brighter only if everyone does his part and tries hard to seek solutions for its control.
