自我介绍一般2分钟以内，不用太长，太长老师就没有耐心了。语句尽量简练，想传达的点不用太多，1-2个突出的、有个性的足够了，比如最近有个咨询的有个学生有无人机驾驶证，虽然跟考研没啥关系，但很特别；句子能省就省，删掉大空话，留着具体的描述就可以了。
我一直建议你们可以把自己自我介绍的语音或者视频录一下，看看，听听。看看时间长不长，听听句子读出来的感觉，有些时候读出来会不通顺或者逻辑有点问题。可以给朋友听听。

这些是往年私信我的同学发来的，我整合一下，因为很多都差不多，问题也都差不多，而且最近私信的太多，时间不多，先弄了几份。后续陆续补充吧。
切记：每个人不一样，你只需领会精神，切不可照抄。
一大原则就是你和老师不要折磨彼此。面试的时候多数是你说的，他听不懂。他说的你也听不懂。所以，为什么要把这个时间拉得很长呢？
很多咨询的同学是要求英文自我介绍，一般我都会直接拒绝，第一，我不是英语专业，第二，我英文水平也很一般。第三，我不建议把中文自我介绍直接翻译成英文，因为很多东西会出现词不达意的情况。
对于很多同学而言，英文并不是其特长，所以不要把自己不擅长的东西主动拿给老师看，还逼着对方看很长时间。尽可能缩短英文自我介绍的时间，或者把英文自我介绍，用简单的、通俗易懂的句子说出来。切忌长难句，也不要涉及过多的专业词汇，不然老师发问的时候你肯定会听不懂。
