查理·贝尔曾任麦当劳的执行总经理，负责管理麦当劳在全球118个国家多达三万余个餐厅的运营。翻开贝尔的履历，许多人生的亮点光彩夺目，而他深深铭记的时刻却是1976年，15岁的他迫于生计，到麦当劳求职。
那时，贝尔因为家境极其贫寒。于是他找到麦当劳店的店长，请求给他一份工作。贝尔营养不良，瘦骨嶙峋，脸上没什么血色，浑身土里土气。店长看他这副模样，委婉地拒绝他。说这里暂时不需要人手。希望他到别的地方去看看。
过了几天，店长没有料到，贝尔又来了，言辞更加恳切地请求他给份工作。即使是没有报酬也行。见老板没有吭声，贝尔感到了一点希望。他小声说：“我看到您这里厕所的卫生状态似乎不是太好，这样也许会影响您的生意。要不，安排我扫厕所吧。只要给我解决吃住就行了。”店长没有办法，就答应了让贝尔扫厕所试试看。
扫厕所，在一般人眼中都是鄙视的，认为是没有出息的工作。可是，贝尔却认为这是他人生事业的一块最坚实的基石。
他每天清晨天还没亮就起床，把厕所彻底清扫一次。然后每隔一段时间就去维持。不久，他对扫厕所也摸索出规律：先把大的纸张扫了，然后洒干灰在那些湿脏的地方。让灰把水吸干，再扫，效果比直接扫好多了。记得有一次半夜，有人上厕所时，还看到贝尔睁着惺忪的眼睛在查看厕所是否弄脏了。
他还在厕所里摆放了些花草，让人在麦当劳的厕所中也能够欣赏美。另外，还把自己记得的谚语警句写了些贴在厕所的墙上，增加其中的文化气息。让人在方便的时候，可以感受文化的魅力。贝尔的所有心思全部放在厕所上。确实，他的到来，让那店的厕所卫生状况大为改观，有人甚至说，“比那些不太讲究的餐馆还要干净。”
经过三个月的考察，店长正式宣布录用贝尔。安排他去接受正规的职业培训。接着，店长又把贝尔放在店内各个岗位锻炼。19岁那年，贝尔被提升为澳大利亚最年轻的麦当劳店面经理。1980年，他被派驻欧洲，在那里的业务扶摇直上。此后，他先后担任麦当劳澳大利亚公司总经理，亚太、中东和非洲地区总裁，欧洲地区总裁及麦当劳芝加哥总部负责人，直到后来担任管理全球麦当劳事务的执行总经理。

近几年来，报刊上经常刊登这类文章，很受读者的喜爱，不但记者写，中学生文学爱好者也常把写人物专访作为社会实践和练笔的机会。
那么，怎样写好人物专访呢?
第一，在确定专访对象时，必须熟悉访问对象的大体经历和主要成就。
这样，交谈时也就有了话题，便于提出问题，写作时也有助于文章的充实。
“果然不负众望。
晓梦用她的一双纯真的眼睛，深情地注视着光怪陆离的大千世界，用她的全副的心灵去感知生活，从江上那来去匆匆的帆船上，看到那腰间拴着绳子的孩子的寂寞孤独，以深切的同情写成了散文诗般的《白帆之歌》：从‘花市’的热闹景象中，发现了人们对美的追求，以优美的文笔写成了《买花》;从热闹的家宴中，发现冯科长的贪婪无耻，写了《客人》给以无情的鞭挞和揭露;从一个普通的农村姑娘小翠的不幸的婚姻中，发现那几千年来不合理的封建积习，至今还吞噬着可怜的农村少女的青春和生命，写出了感情深沉而有震撼力的《小河，小河》，发表后，引起强烈的社会反响……”
这段文字，不仅使这篇专访的内容更加丰富、充实，而且也使读者对晓梦的作品有了概貌的了解。
第二，要善于发掘专访对象生活中的有趣的故事或独特的兴趣爱好，以便从多方面展现人物丰富的精神面貌和内心世界。
例如，山西省平陆县西街中学初一学生程若明发明了“多面黑板”和“果核刀”，荣获科技发明三等奖，被人们誉为“小小发明家”。
《中国少年报》的记者在访问他的时候，兴致勃勃地追踪他的发明之路，从程若明同学决心为山区的老师减轻负担(一位老师要在同一间教室里，给两三个年级上课。
第三，要注意突出重点，勾画出访问对象的举止、神态和性格特点。
前些时候，《中国青年报》“人物剪影”专栏里有一篇《文坛一怪》的文章，文中写道：
“他四十多岁了，高了兴就一个人在屋里又唱又跳，从床上跳到桌上，再跳下来;和朋友聊天，没有正形儿，常说出比小学生还幼稚的话，问出莫名其妙的问题来;在老学者们座上，他又俨然是个“小老夫子”，说话文诌诌;早饭吃什么，他记不住，常把帽子、车钥匙丢落，却能在诗歌讨论会上，不用讲稿侃侃而谈，大背《论语》、《人间词话》、佛经、苏珊??朗格和科林伍德的美学——甚至某页第几段都说出来，令听者目瞪口呆。”
文字不多，却活脱脱地勾画出当代文坛“怪人”——深通中国古典文、史、哲，能书、能画、能篆刻、能谱曲，熟悉戏曲的中年作家钱世明的形象。
凡是熟悉这位“文坛怪人”的朋友门，读了这段文字，都说：“像极了!”
又如，华东师范大学二附中的李劲同学荣获我国青少年程序设计一等奖，将应美国的苹果电脑公司的邀请赴美参观访问，按常理，写人物专访应该着重写李劲同学在程序设计方面的.成就，然而，《中学生报》的中学生记者却从少年科学家谈语文这个角度进行了专访，重点突出，构思独特，善于取舍。
每到星期五，一个小女孩就跑到报刊亭去买杂志，见她愁眉苦脸，就知道那杂志肯定还没有来；见她兴高采烈，就知道那杂志到了。这个小女孩一天不看杂志就眼冒金花，两天不看杂志就口吐白沫，三天不看杂志就回得早期癌症......以次类推，要是再看不到，可能会有死亡的可能！
这次，女孩和一个好朋友说：“亲爱的朋友，请大喊一声‘我们一起去买杂志吧‘！求求你了。““那好吧！不过，有没有报酬？“她的朋友说。“有有有，当然有，来，我今天带了几个牛肉干，好好吃的哦！“她的朋友只好接受了。
到了报刊亭，女孩高兴而又有礼貌地说：“阿姨，请问这里有买<<儿童文学>>的吗？“阿姨说：“有啊。是两本都要吗？“女孩说：“是的，阿姨。让我看一下是不是11月份的。“阿姨说：“是的。请付给我11元钱。“女孩又说：“有11月份的<<幽默大师>>吗？我想买，阿姨，这是6元钱，给您。““好的，来，着是你需要的<<幽默大师>>。请您慢走。欢迎下次再来。“买完杂志以后，女孩不顾一切地看了起来，过马路时，还好有她的朋友提醒，要不差点被撞了。幽默大师>幽默大师>儿童文学>
一个星期，那女孩就买了14本杂志，很浪费爸爸妈妈辛辛苦苦赚来的钱，总记大概有五六十元吧！每个月爸爸妈妈都给她零用钱，她积攒起来再用来买杂志。
知道那个杂志购物狂的女孩是谁吗？那个女孩就是俺！大家看了可千万不要学我哦！我也会即使改正的！

才之一字，所以维持世界；情之一字，所以粉饰乾坤。对于任何一个深受学生热爱和尊敬并在学生的人生路上留下深刻印记的老师，必定有其独特的人格魅力。魅力何来？无外乎“才”“情”二字。年老却富有激情的董老师，正是有如此“才情”，如此“光热”的魅力老师。采访董老师时，他面带微笑，很热情的给我们介绍着，让我们紧张的心情很快平复下来，也让我们喜欢上了这位和蔼可亲的老教师，下面是我们的采访内容。
问题1：老师您任教几年了？
答：我任教50年了，我是从__年开始教书的。
问题2：老师您觉得教书开心吗？是什么力量能让你教这么多年的书？
答：开心，在教书的过程中，能够看到学生成长起来，走向工作岗位，并且在各自的领域里做出成绩来，我感到很欣慰。尤其是每当过年过节收到学生寄来的信件和贺卡时，我都非常高兴，一直珍藏着，觉得自己做出的努力是值得的。
问题3：在教学方面，您觉得除了具备这学科的专业知识外，还要求老师具备那些知识和能力？
答：教师这个职业一是肚子里要有学问，二是口头表达能力要强，平时要注意丰富自己的知识，要看有关书籍阅读一些精品，除了本专业外，还要看各种书来丰富自己的头脑，给自己充电。口头表达能力也是教学的一个重要环节，平时要多与人交流沟通，提高自己的表达能力，锻炼自己的胆量，这样才能胜任教师这个职业。
问题4：老师您教了几十年的书，经验丰富，您觉得怎样才能教好书，怎样才能让学生更好的学到东西？
答：我觉得教书不能太死板，要灵活，尤其是大学的老师，要按照自己的风格来教书，不要受教学大纲的框框架架来影响束缚自己，自由灵活的教学法不仅能充分发挥自己的能力，也能提高学生的积极性。
