Last night I had a beautiful dream. I had turned into an alien. I flew myUFO in the sky. Suddenly I saw some people playing in a park. They were veryhappy. I wanted to join them. So I landed in the park and got out of the the people saw me， they were scared. I said hello to them. But they didn' tundersta—nd me.
After a while， only a kid came to me and asked， _Who are you？__I am your friend. _The boy got happy. He moved to my UFO. _May I play withyou？_ _Sure. You can play in the UFO with me. _When we got into the UFO， itstarted to fly into the sky. Suddenly it fell to the ground. I was scared andjumped up from the bed. Oh！ It was a dream！
Recently, the live show is very popular, especially the show about the father how to get along with their children. The fathers are celebrities and they have the brilliant career. I am impressed by the fathers who are Olympic champions, their kids have the strong desire to win. When their fathers lose in the game, the kids will be very sad and can’t accept the result. No one can win all the time, we have to learn to accept the bad result. The kids think their fathers are , so they treat their fathers as the absolutely winners. Sometimes the strong desire is not good for the kids to grow up, they should have the positive attitude to the result.
最近，真人秀很流行，特别是有关父亲如何与他们孩子相处的节目。那些父亲都是名人，他们都有着杰出的事业。对于那些身为奥运冠军的父亲，我留下了很深的.印象，他们的孩子有着强烈的愿望要去赢。当父亲们输掉比赛时，孩子们会很伤心，无法接受结果。没有人可以一直赢，我们要学会接受不好的结果。孩子认为他们的父亲是第一名，因此他们把父亲当作理所当然的赢家。有时候赢的强烈意愿并不利于孩子的成长，他们应该乐观对待结果。
I like the sky in the summer night,especially in my hometown,because it's very beautiful. In the summer night, the sky is clear and bright, so that we can see many stars twinkling.
Some are crowded, and others are separated.
When the moon is not round, its light is weak, so it highlights the lights of stars. When the moon is round, its lights is bright.
We can see many things in the night because of the bright moonlight. I like counting stars in the summer night on the top of building.
It's very cool and it makes me relax. Because of these beautiful sceneries and memories, I like go back my hometown in summer.
It is known to all that English is the international language. In China, English is the necessary subject for students to learn. A lot of students complain that it is so hard to master the foreign language. While for me, I am the lucky guy, because I find my ways to learn it with fun. Listening to the songs and watching movies develops my interest. I want to see more about the world and learn about the culture, so only speaking English can bring me this chance. What's more, I spend some time to write down some local saying when I watch movies. I practice it until I get familiar. Let's learn English withpassion.

I think health is very important in our life, but how to keep healthy?
To keep healthy, I believe that we should have a healthy lifestyle. First,we should eat a balanced diet. We should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, theyare good for our health. Also, we should drink milk every day. Then, we shouldexercise twice or three times a week. Doing sports is healthy for our mind andour body. Next, we should get enough sleep. It is best to get at least eighthours’ sleep a day. We shouldn’t stay up too late. We should go to bed early andget up early.
In a word, health is very important in our life.
我认为健康在我们的生活中很重要，但是如何保持健康呢?
为了保持健康，我认为我们应该有一个健康的生活方式。首先，我们应该吃一个平衡的饮食。我们应该吃大量的水果和蔬菜，它们对我们的.健康有好处.。此外，我们应该每天喝牛奶。然后，我们应该每周锻炼两次或三次。做运动对我们的身心健康有好处。下一步，我们应该得到足够的睡眠。最好每天至少睡八个小时.。我们不应该熬夜太晚。我们应该早点睡觉，早起。

Many years ago, the movie about the youth became very popular, every year,we can see many hot movies about the protagonist’s passed youth.
People like torecall their passed youth, which makes such movies sell good. But I find thecommon things about these movies, all the protagonists’ youth are aboutfighting, love and other negative things. I understand the directors’ intention,they want to tell people youth is not perfect and having pities. Of course movieis exaggerating, the real youth is about studying, at least, most people haveworked so hard to get into their ideal the movies describe makeup some people’s youth, for which they don’t have the chance to experience.
We should not be misled by these movies, for the teenagers, their job is to study,so that they can have a bright future.
Linda is my best friend. In some ways we look the same and in some ways welook different. We both have black eyes and black hair. Her hair is longer thanmine. She is taller and more outgoing than me. We both like sports, but sheplays tennis better, so she always wins. However, Linda often helps me to bringout the best in me. Now I’m getting better at tennis. Also, Linda is more hard –working and more careful than me, so she always get better grades than I do.

Personally, this winter holiday was quite different. Because of COVID-19, Ihad to study at home and take online classes. As a result, I found I was able tolearn by myself. I also helped my parents with housework like cooking. And Ilearned how to cook well. Last but not least, I had more time to communicatewith my parents. Therefore I learned to get on better with them.
What I learned during this holiday will surely influence my future life. Iwill be more self-controlled and independent. And I am sure I will facedifficulties and challenges more bravely.

I have many friends, but Jim is one of my best friends. He is not handsome,but kind-hearted. We know each other at primary school. He was the tallest inour class at that time. He is good at study and playing basketball, while bad atplaying table tennis. Everytime he has delicious food, he will give it to , whenever I feel sad, he will play with me and comfort me. However, heis not spoilt me. For example, everytime I meet difficulties in study, I wouldlike to copy his, but no matter what I say, he never give his homework to me tocopy. With the development of civilization, it is the children's duty to study in school since they were small. As the young kids, it is their nature to hang out for fun. While for them, most of the time have been limited in the class. So they feel frustrated and don't have much passion to study. It is of great importance to develop interest. The first thing is to broaden vision. The students can read travel books or watch tourist show, for anyone who cannot resist the charm of beautiful scenery and delicious food. The second thing is taking the right attitude to exams. Never giving too much pressure on getting high marks. The only thing we should do is to enjoy gaining knowledge.

Once I read the story that the little eagles needed to practice flying in the cliff before they could fly. The successful ones could fly and became the strong birds while the failed ones would crash and then died. The mother eagles are brutal to the babies, but this is the price of growing up. The little eagles who fail to fly would not live long in the natural competition. It makes me think of the children, some parents spoil the kids and they don’t realize it will destroy their children. The children need to learn the lessons, so that they can be the tough person. The road of being mature needs the price.

My father is busy all the time, he always goes out very early and then goes home after very late. He doesn’t have much time to accompany me, my mother tells me that what he does is for the family, so I am considerate and get used to his absence. But recently, I found my father changed. He got more time to stay with me, he got home earlier and then taught me with my homework. I was so surprised and happy, this was the life I wanted all the time. I asked my father what happened, he said he wanted to spend more time with me, he realized it was the most important thing.
