This year, there are many movies about in honor of people’s fading youth,the movies are very popular by the audience.
Suddenly the topic about youthbecomes a hot topic, many people collect the symbol things which stand for theiryouth, they are remembering their youth. For the young, they you enjoying thebeautiful lifetime, while for the old, they are just recalling it. On myopinion, youth is nothing to do with the age, we can enjoy the youth all thetime. The movies recall people’s memory, if people are active, they can be youngforever, there is no need to look back on the memory. When people get older,they can live as the young, they don’t have to be act as the old, people get oldwhen they think they are old.
There is a famous song Forever Young, it remindspeople to keep young at heart.
_Books are the ladder of human progress_, this is a famous saying of golgi, we should be no one know no one knows all. Some people think that reading is a distress thing, but Im not, I think reading is very happy, and feel good.

Shanghai is my favourite city in China. It's the biggest cities in China with an area of 6,340square kilometers and a population of million.
Moreover, Shanghai is the central city of our country.
It's the center of economy, technology, industry, finance and trade centre. Shanghai is also an emerging tourist city, with profound modern urban culture and many historical monuments. It has successfully held the 20xx World Expo.
It has become an international city with its high reputation in the world. In my opinion, it looks like a highly motivated youth with courage, strong willpower and ambition.

People like torecall their passed youth, which makes such movies sell good. But I find thecommon things about these movies, all the protagonists’ youth are aboutfighting, love and other negative things. I understand the directors’ intention,they want to tell people youth is not perfect and having pities. Of course movieis exaggerating, the real youth is about studying, at least, most people haveworked so hard to get into their ideal the movies describe makeup some people’s youth, for which they don’t have the chance to experience.
We should not be misled by these movies, for the teenagers, their job is to study,so that they can have a bright future.
I think health is very important in our life, but how to keep healthy?
To keep healthy, I believe that we should have a healthy lifestyle. First,we should eat a balanced diet. We should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, theyare good for our health. Also, we should drink milk every day. Then, we shouldexercise twice or three times a week. Doing sports is healthy for our mind andour body. Next, we should get enough sleep. It is best to get at least eighthours’ sleep a day. We shouldn’t stay up too late. We should go to bed early andget up early.
In a word, health is very important in our life.
我认为健康在我们的生活中很重要，但是如何保持健康呢?

Once I read the story that the little eagles needed to practice flying in the cliff before they could fly. The successful ones could fly and became the strong birds while the failed ones would crash and then died. The mother eagles are brutal to the babies, but this is the price of growing up. The little eagles who fail to fly would not live long in the natural competition. It makes me think of the children, some parents spoil the kids and they don’t realize it will destroy their children. The children need to learn the lessons, so that they can be the tough person. The road of being mature needs the price.

Linda is my best friend. In some ways we look the same and in some ways welook different. We both have black eyes and black hair. Her hair is longer thanmine. She is taller and more outgoing than me. People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people dont know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.
First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, becauselife depends on exercise. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs. In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.
If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.
It is known to all that English is the international language. In China, English is the necessary subject for students to learn. A lot of students complain that it is so hard to master the foreign language. While for me, I am the lucky guy, because I find my ways to learn it with fun. Listening to the songs and watching movies develops my interest. I want to see more about the world and learn about the culture, so only speaking English can bring me this chance. What's more, I spend some time to write down some local saying when I watch movies. I practice it until I get familiar. Let's learn English withpassion.

My father is busy all the time, he always goes out very early and then goes home after very late.
