Spring is tht best season of the year. The weather gets warmer and warmer. My clas iamates and I took a one-day sightseeing around our scene was pretty. But when we saw the rivers along our city, I felt very sorry, and thoughit a lot.
With the development of modern agriculture and industry, more and more waste water is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The river is becoming so dirty that no living things can live in it. The river is giving off a terrible smell.
We make an urgent appeal that measures should be taken to cope with the situation. Our government should start building various facilities such as sewage treatment!plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to reduce the pollution of water.
Water is tho source of our lives. It is very important to protect water.

As is widely acknowledged, whatever small good deeds we do can definitely make a big difference in our life. I learned this from one of my experiences that I went through during my Senior One school life.
One day, when I was wandering through the street, I suddenly witnessed an old man fall to the ground. Without hesitation, I hurried to help him stand up and rested him in a street chair nearby. What surprised me most was that some classmates warned me not to do it again as the family might mistake me for the offender. I was so frustrated that I almost accepted the fact that I had really done something improper. It was my parents approval and the teachers praise as well as the familys gratitude that helped me the good deed I had done. From then on, whenever possible and wherever necessary, I am always willing to give a helping hand to those in need. It wasnt long before I was chosen as one example in our school for helping others.
From this story, I am absolutely convinced that small kind deeds are worth doing in spite that we may be wronged for this. Only in this way can we contribute to building a harmonious society.

Health is our most important possession, so we should do our best to maintain it. As we all know, good health is necessary to happiness and success. On the contrary, people who are in poor health are often pessimistic or depressed. As a rule, bad health means misery and failure.
As far as Im concerned , there are three principal suggestions for us to follow. First of all, we should adopt a scientific diet, which provides the necessities for your body. The second one is that we are supposed to persist in taking physical exercise , especially the people working indoors. Last but not least, we are supposed to stay in a cheerful mood.
As for me, in order to keep fit, I force myself to keep away from the _junk food_ although it usually tastes good. Moreover, I even form good habits of doing morning exercises, listening to beautiful music and reading good books, which always cheer me up.
All in all, only by carefully obeying the laws of health can we keep ourselves healthy.

weeks ago ,I had a military training . Many students think military training is not only boring but also terrible I dont think so my opinion ,military training life is wonderful first ,Im afraid of joining military training ,at that time ,I think military training is scaring ,but I have to take part in it ,because Im a student .I have to obey the school regulations in fact ,we are wrong,military training is cold at the same time ,military training also brings happiness for example , in our spare time ,the commander taught us singing songs,or had a singing match with other classes September third ,we had a match with Class Five .

Career or Family: which is more important?
When asked about their opinion of career and family, people always respond differently. Some people deem it more important to pursue their career, while there are always other people who argue that family should be the number one in one’s life.
It goes without any question that career plays a key role in our life. In the very first place, career can give us an aim to live on. Without career, much of our living time will be certainly wasted. What’s more, career can provide us with a means to live on. Most of the people earn their income from a job. On the other hand, family is also an indispensable part of life, as many people will admit. Family is always regarded as a place where we can escape from troubles in life. In addition, we can obtain a sense of belonging to from family. Without it, anyone will feel lonely and desperate.
In my opinion, career and family are not in opposition to each other. Rather, they can enhance each other so that one’s life can become better and better. Therefore, it’s not a choice between right and wrong, but one between ideal and practical.

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves. For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled with anger.
