I think health is very important in our life, but how to keep healthy?
To keep healthy, I believe that we should have a healthy lifestyle. First,we should eat a balanced diet. We should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, theyare good for our health. Also, we should drink milk every day. Then, we shouldexercise twice or three times a week. Doing sports is healthy for our mind andour body. Next, we should get enough sleep. It is best to get at least eighthours’ sleep a day. We shouldn’t stay up too late. We should go to bed early andget up early.
In a word, health is very important in our life.

This year, there are many movies about in honor of people’s fading youth,the movies are very popular by the audience.
Suddenly the topic about youthbecomes a hot topic, many people collect the symbol things which stand for theiryouth, they are remembering their youth. For the young, they you enjoying thebeautiful lifetime, while for the old, they are just recalling it. On myopinion, youth is nothing to do with the age, we can enjoy the youth all thetime. The movies recall people’s memory, if people are active, they can be youngforever, there is no need to look back on the memory. I am impressed by the fathers who are Olympic champions, their kids have the strong desire to win. When their fathers lose in the game, the kids will be very sad and can’t accept the result. No one can win all the time, we have to learn to accept the bad result. The kids think their fathers are , so they treat their fathers as the absolutely winners. Sometimes the strong desire is not good for the kids to grow up, they should have the positive attitude to the result.

With the development of civilization, it is the children's duty to study in school since they were small. As the young kids, it is their nature to hang out for fun. While for them, most of the time have been limited in the class. So they feel frustrated and don't have much passion to study. It is of great importance to develop interest. Many years ago, the movie about the youth became very popular, every year,we can see many hot movies about the protagonist’s passed youth.

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people dont know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.
First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, becauselife depends on exercise. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs. In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.
If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.
I like the sky in the summer night,especially in my hometown,because it's very beautiful. In the summer night, the sky is clear and bright, so that we can see many stars twinkling.
